Timberwolf Construction – Carpentry

Program Description:

With a concentration in Carpentry, students learn to organize, lead, and manage the building process.  Through the course curriculum, students learn how their career choice is vital to the job site, just as the architect and engineer.  The program examines the basics of design, how to estimate and control the costs of a project and the various construction methods.Students will build a knowledge base and technical skills in all aspects of the carpentry industry. Learners will be exposed to a broad range of construction careers and foundation knowledge including basic safety; plan reading; use of tools and equipment; basic rigging; and how to employ positive work ethics in their careers.
