As we inch closer to the end of the school year, it’s coming up on time for student devices to be collected for summer storage and maintenance. The following schedule will be used to collect devices by homerooms beginning on May 22, 2019.
- Seniors will turn in their devices beginning on 5/22. These will be collected by Mr. Black in the media center and students will be called down by their homerooms.

All students are expected to have the device and charger to turn in. Failure to turn in either one or both items may result in you being financially responsible for the replacement.
- Juniors will turn in their devices beginning on 5/30.

- Sophomores will turn in their devices beginning on 5/31.
|Any other sophomores||2:00|
- Freshmen will turn in their devices beginning on 6/3.
|Any other freshmen||2:00|
These will be turned in at the media center with Mr. Black. Students will be called to the media center by their homerooms beginning on each of those days listed.
NO NEW STUDENT SUPPORT TICKETS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5/23. STUDENTS SHOULD REPORT ANY UNADDRESSED ISSUES WITH THEIR DEVICE AT THE TIME OF COLLECTION UNLESS THAT ISSUE DIRECTLY AFFECT THEIR ABILITY TO COMPLETE A PROJECT, ASSIGNMENT, OR TAKE AN EXAM. IF THAT IS THE CASE A TEACHER NEEDS TO EMAIL MR. BLACK DIRECTLY SO THAT WE CAN LOOK TO ADDRESS THEIR ISSUE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
Just like the seniors, be sure that you have your device and the charger to turn in. Failure to turn in one or both items may result in you being financially responsible for the replacement.
These dates are subject to change and students are responsible to be here for this process and ensure that their device and charger are turned in. Any student who is not in attendance on their assigned day for collection will need to make other arrangements to turn in their device with Mr. Black.
