Teaching Timberwolves Attend Minority Business Expo

Spring High School’s Teaching Timberwolves Simulated Workplace participated in the West Virginia Minority Business Expo in Charleston on October 25th.   Teaching Timberwolves is the company name for the Careers in Education program, taught by Ms. Sherri Ross.
Students did informational presentations on how Simulated Workplace is structured in their classroom, including the leadership roles held by students.  In additional to sharing their story with business leaders from around the state, students also heard presentations from local and national business leaders.
Students attending the event included Beth Perry, Shannon Coleman, Erica Ramsey, Destiny Shultz, Kayla Stephens, Brooke Smith, Caitlin Null, Haleigh Kuhn, Jennah Smith, and Taylor Ruark.
